FREE Make & Take: Origami Newspaper Seedling Pots & Paper Flower Fan

  • Austin Creative Reuse 2005 Wheless Lane Austin, TX, 78723 United States (map)

Learn to make beautiful origami newspaper seedling pots to jumpstart your spring garden for Earth Month, plus a paper flower fan to keep you cool as the weather starts heating up! Paper can be more versatile and functional than plastic and zhuzh up anyone's routine. Reusing junk mail, left over magazines, and even cardboard can beautify and satisfy. You can send a message to the people in your life with the gift of time when you gift your origami.

Join Kelly (she/her) in our community space (look for the orange couch) to play with pretty paper and practice origami! This is a FREE drop-in event, so you can stop by anytime between 12-3PM to participate.

You can find Kelly on Instagram and Facebook.
